No, being at home is not necessary! As long as we can access your yard, we can finish the service. For your convenience, we will send you a text notification when we are on our way, so you will always know when to anticipate our arrival. We will also provide a photo of the closed gate upon our departure.

What does a typical cleanup include?
Each visit includes a thorough removal of pet waste from your yard, secure bagging, and proper disposal in your trash bin or where you desire. Our dog waste removal service is designed to keep yards in Burke and surrounding areas clean, sanitary, and ready to enjoy.
How often can I schedule service?
We offer weekly, twice a week, every other week (bi-weekly) and one time cleanups.
Do you service all yard sizes?
Yes. Pricing may vary based on yard size and number of pets.
Will my pets be safe?
Ensuring the safety of your pets is our top concern. We make sure that our employees are vetted and background checked. We provide a reminder the day prior to your service and will send a text message when on our way with a estimated time of arrival. Once the job is completed, we will secure your gate and take a picture. Our team sanitizes equipment after each yard visit to avoid cross-contamination. We are also going to notify you with any irregularities with your dog's poop that may indicate health concerns.
How is the pet waste disposed?
We double-bag the waste and place it in your trash bin or in any other location you prefer at your home.

Do I need to be home during service?
No, as long as we have access to your yard, you do not need to be home. We only kindly request to let us know in advance if your pet is aggressive and have them secured during our visit. You can add this information in your Client Portal.


What are the payment options for your service?
To make things easy, we provide secure automatic billing for a seamless experience. Once your payment method is set up for your first clean up, your payments will be processed automatically for the service plan you choose. You can log in to your Client Portal at any time to review or update your billing information.
We keep your payment information safe and your details private every step of the way.
Billing and Payments
How does billing work?
Billing is simple and automatic based on your selected service frequency.
* Your card will be charged the agreed‑upon price before your initial cleanup. After that first service, you will be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. Moving forward, all regular service charges will occur on the 1st of each month.
* We will send you invoices according to your billing option and billing cycle and your card will be auto-debited according to NET terms on your account.
If at any time, you have questions about your service or would like to change your card information or cancel monthly service, please contact us via email, Client Portal, or phone.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe a secure, encrypted payment processing platform to protect your payment details at all times.
What about data storage?
All client data is stored safely on secure servers with restricted access only for operations.
Do you share my info?
Your information stays private and never shared with third parties without consent.
How do I update my billing information?
Simply login into your Client Portal or contact us by email to update your details anytime.

For your convenience, we will always send you a text notification when we are on our way, so you will always know when to anticipate our arrival. Can I reschedule a visit?
Yes. You can make your changes on your Client Portal. Also, you can contact us ahead of time and we will adjust your schedule as best we can.
