Welcome to Pick a Poo. By enrolling in and using our pet waste removal services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions.

Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the yard on scheduled service days. If Pick a Poo is unable to complete a cleanup due to inaccessible gates, locked yards, hazardous conditions, or other access‑related issues, the visit will be considered completed and the Client will be charged for that service.
The Client agrees to promptly notify Pick a Poo of any changes in the number of pets using the yard and to ensure timely payment of all balances due.

Weather and Service Interruptions
Inclement weather may make scheduled cleanups hazardous or impossible. In such cases, Pick a Poo will make reasonable efforts to service the yard as soon as conditions permit. Missed services due to weather will be addressed on the next available visit.

Holidays and Business Closures

Pick a Poo is closed on the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
  

• Independence Day (July 4th)
  

• Labor Day
  

• Thanksgiving Day
  

• The day following Thanksgiving
  

• Christmas break from December 25 through January 1
  

Service will not be performed on these dates. Any pet waste not collected due to holiday closures will be picked up during the Client’s next scheduled service visit. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed services resulting from these closures.

Service Pauses and Pet Safety
If the Client’s pet(s) will not be using the yard for a period of time (including, but not limited to, vacations or illness), and the Client wishes to avoid charges for unnecessary visits, advance notice is required to pause service.
Clients must disclose any aggressive or reactive pets. All pets must be properly secured during service visits to ensure the safety of Pick a Poo personnel.

Limitation of Liability
Pick a Poo assumes no liability for damage to lawns, landscaping, gates, fences, pets, or other property resulting from normal service operations, except where required by applicable law.

Fees, Billing, and Promotions
All fees and promotional offers are subject to change. In the unlikely event of a pricing change, the Client will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Termination and Payment
Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. Any outstanding balances must be paid within fifteen (15) days of the final service date.

Acceptance of Terms
By initiating service with Pick a Poo, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and responsibilities outlined above.
